Black History Month Celebration & Kick Off at the Mattatuck Museum

The Museum and Granville Academy of Waterbury are teaming up for a lively celebration of musical performances and inspirational stories for the kick- off of February’s Black History Month. Children and families will have an opportunity to celebrate and honor the important contributions African Americans have made and continue to make to the history of the United States. Celebrate with food, music, dancing, and poetry readings.
