Hebron's BOOM: Independence Day Picnic and Fireworks: Our gates will open at 4 pm, come enjoy bouncy rides for the kids and NEW this year a car show for the auto enthusiast. Not to mention food and drink for all. We look forward to seeing you.
CoventryFest: Come join the fun on Saturday, June 25th, 2016 at this year’s annual CoventryFest, held on Coventry Lake at Patriot’s Park! The family-oriented event begins at 3:00 pm and includes food, games, rides, music, crafters, and other vendors. Beginning after sundown we will celebrate our nation’s birth with a spectacular fireworks display over Coventry Lake! Admission is free; however, donations are accepted to help defer the cost of the event and to help support future CoventryFest activities. The event is sponsored by the Coventry Knights of Columbus, the American Legion Post 52, and the Boy Scouts of America Troup 65. Additionally, the Town of Coventry helps support the event by providing the use of Patriot’s Park, and police and fire services.

Celebrate America @ Performing Arts Center at Simsbury Meadows: Kick off summer with Connecticut’s favorite Independence Day celebration! Conducted by HSO Music Director Carolyn Kuan, and featuring the Asylum Hill Congregational Church Choir, this program will include all of your patriotic favorites and more. Plus, stay for fireworks following the concert!
Killingly Red White & Blue BBQ: We welcome you to come on down to Owen Bell Park to celebrate our Independence Day Concert at the park stage from 6:00-9:00pm, chicken BBQ from 5:30-7:00 pm. The 5K road race begins at 6:00 pm. Fireworks will start at aproximately 9:15 pm with a rain date of Friday, July 7th. We look forward to seeing you there!

Naugatuck's 2017 Fireworks Celebration: This year’s celebration will begin at 6:00 P.M. on Monday, July 3, 2017 on Old Firehouse Road, downtown Naugatuck, and will include entertainment, food, and a variety of family oriented activities! The evening will be culminated by a giant fireworks display at 9:15 P.M. Rain date is Wednesday, July 5, 2017

Pet Parade and Turn-of-the-Century Fest: Bring your pet uptown for an old fashioned Pet Parade! Parade registration begins at 2:15 and all pets must be in cage or on leash. After the parade, take part in the Turn of the Century Fest including sack races, tug-of-war contests, seed spitting contests, and an ice cream social.
Happy 4th of July at Quassy Amusement Park With 3-D Fireworks! Have a blast this July 4th at the Quassy special '3D' fireworks presentation after dark to benefit Healthy Eyes Alliance. Viewing glasses will be sold for $1. Parking $10 on July 4th. Presented by TD Bank, Price Chopper, Premier Auto Group of Watertown, Pepsi and Quassy.
Mystic Seaport Independence Day Celebration: July 4th 9am-5pm. Celebrate America’s birthday circa 1876 this Fourth of July at Mystic Seaport. Enjoy boat races on the Mystic River, an old-fashioned spelling bee for children, and many other fun activities. Picnic alongside your 19th-century neighbors at noon and cheer for your favorite display in the Independence Day Parade at 1 p.m. Young patriots can even craft hats to wear in their very own section of the parade! A rousing 1876 Independence Day ceremony will be followed by an elegant concert featuring the Mystic Silver Cornet Band.
New Britain: The Great American Boom will be held at Stanley Quarter Park! The Parks and Recreation Commission will have carnival games, inflatable rides, face painters, magicians and more. The Latanya Farrell & The Bookman Styles Band will perform from 6-9 p.m. Fireworks will start at 9:15.
Stonington - 4th of July Parade and Reading of the Declaration of Independence: -unverified 2017 The town of Stonington will hold a Fourth of July celebration at 9:30 a.m. July 4 at Wadawanuck Square in front of the Stonington Free Library, 20 High St. After the parade, hear the Declaration of Independence and invoke, as always, a pox on King George!
Willimantic Boom Box Parade: The 32nd Annual W.I.L.I. Boom Box Parade starts at 11 am at Jillison Square (corner of Main and Jackson Streets).

Vernon's July in the Sky: Activities at Henry Park, 120 South Street Vernon, beginning at 6 pm include face painting, live entertainment, inflatables and food vendors. Grab a spot in the park to see spectacular fireworks. Rain date is July . Admission: $5 per car, $1 for walk-in.

Enfield 4th of July Town Celebration: The Enfield Fourth of July Town Celebration is a three day event featuring: Taste of Enfield, Arts & Craft Fair, Parade, 5K Road Race, Kids Activities Fun & Free- From pony rides, to face painting, Lego-fun, and the jumbo slide, your children will have a ball. Fireworks Spectacular, The Grand Finale of the Celebration, is the largest fireworks display in Northern Connecticut. Arrive early!
