Story Time for Toddlers: Lanterns and Firecrackers at the Mattatuck Museum

Join our Story Teller on a journey about the Chinese New Year festival. In the story, follow a family as they let off firecrackers, watch the amazing dragon dances and light their beautiful lanterns to celebrate the start of their New Year. Afterwards, toddlers will use paper, scissors and crayons to make paper lanterns.
