Summer's Last Roar

It’s FREE ADMISSION all day at our end-of-summer Summer's Last Roar family fun day Saturday, August 27 from 10am-4pm.

There will be activities, door prizes, and tours of our 150th anniversary exhibition, "Treasures of the Peabody," featuring Steven Spielberg’s Velociraptor from Jurassic Park. Student-manned Sci.CARTS will engage you in activities involving Geologic Time, Ancient Egypt, Rocks and Minerals, Connecticut Birds, and more. Holding court in the Great Hall of Dinosaurs is a 150-million-year-old Brontosaurus skeleton.
