‘Friluftsliv’ Winter Nature Hikes at Roaring Brook Nature Center!
*The event has already taken place on this date: Sun, 01/03/2021
The love of being outdoors in nature, even in the middle of winter, is what Scandinavians call friluftsliv (pronounced free-loofts-liv). As they say, there is no bad weather, only bad clothes. So bundle up and join us on a guided hike each day at 1 pm to learn how animals survive winter cold, snow and ice, and hike the trails around the Nature Center to find frozen treasures.
