All In - Summer Multi Sports Camp - Simsbury Rec (Grades 2-8)

This new sports/games camp offers "options" every day to encourage the sports and activities the campers like and enjoy but rarely have a group large enough to play. The camp will offer baseball, wiffle ball, flag football, rugby, field games (Kickball, Capture the Flag, Ultimate Frisbee, etc.), field hockey, lacrosse and soccer to name a few. The camp will offer three options a day and campers will pick what they love to do. Campers will have a choice of up to three sports to participate daily in. If they choose to play baseball or soccer everyday for all three sessions then that would be an option as well. The idea is to take all the fun stuff from specific sports camps and give them options to play all their favorites everyday. This program's goal is to get children moving and active with their peers. Participants will be grouped as always with campers of similar ages. All In will follow the format of successful camps in West Hartford that Coach Masters has helped coach in the past.
Camp Counselors are likely to be the SHS Student athletes right from our very community. Camp is held from 8:00-12:15, Monday-Thursday (rain day make up is Friday) for two weeks on the grounds of Simsbury High School!

8:25-9:25 Activity 1 (ex: Baseball)
9:30-10:30 Activity 2 (ex: Capture the Flag)
10:35-11:00 Snack/Rest /Full Camp Fun Activity
11:05-12:05 Activity 3 (ex: Wiffle Ball)
12:10-12:15 Camp Dismissal and Pick Up
