Auditions for Ages 13-18 for Urinetown the Musical!

Take your musical theatre skills to the next level with NCTC's program just for teens! Auditions for NCTC's Teen Scene, ages 13-18, for Urinetown the Musical are September 18 & 19, by appointment. Teen Scene rehearses Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7-9pm, and selected Saturdays, 10am-12pm. Participants must be 13 by the start of the program and no older than 18 by the end of the program to participate. Every cast member receives a free show t-shirt! While there is no cost to audition, if cast, there is a $275 participation fee.
Rehearsals for Urinetown are October 2-January 10. Performances are January 11-13 (Friday at 7pm, Saturday at 2pm and 7pm and Sunday at 2pm). The show may be double cast.
Interested actors are asked to prepare a comedic monologue (not to exceed two minutes) and a musical theatre song of their choice. Please prepare the entire song and bring sheet music in appropriate key, as well as a current headshot.
