Hola me Gente! After two very long years, the CICD Greater Hartford Puerto Rican Day Parade & Festival del Coqui will return this Summer, Sunday, August 21st in the City of Hartford Connecticut!

The Connecticut Institute for Community Development (CICD) Puerto Rican Parade, Inc. Hartford Chapter is proud to announce the 2022 Annual Greater Hartford Puerto Rican Day Parade and Festival del Coquí will be Sunday, August 21, 2022. The parade will follow a route via Hartford’s main streets that will culminate at Bushnell Park where the festival del Coqui will take place.

The Hartford Puerto Rican Parade features nearly 3,000 marching participants and is the largest parade in the City of Hartford and the Hartford region. Among the participants, you will see our honorees and delegates, local school groups, school bands, cultural groups from different countries showcasing their pride, Hartford Police Officers and Hartford Firefighters, the CT National Guard, music groups, entertainers, faith groups, Paso Fino Horses, clowns, media groups (radio, TV, print), sponsors, and elected officials.
