Downtown Manchester Scarecrow Festival

Each year downtown Manchester gets into the Halloween spirit with their Scarecrow Festival! Lining Main Street, each scarecrow is crafted by residents and groups for your enjoyment. Visitors will be able to vote for their favorites and take lots and lots of spooky pictures!
