Ages for which our activities are most appropriate:
Founded to promote the safety and well-being of all equines and responsible horse ownership through education and support, this historic homestead in Avon, CT, serves as home to US Horse Welfare and Rescue. Here high atop Nod Hill, tucked away from the public eye, our rescue horses get to be…. well, just horses! And here horses and humans can embrace both sunrise and sunset, each serving to amplify the serenity of this bucolic setting and its ability to heal the hearts and souls of both four-legged and two-legged beings.
