Spring Equinox Hike at Roaring Brook Nature Center

In Hartford, the spring equinox occurs on Saturday, March 20, 2021 at 5:37 am. Join us to celebrate the beginning of astronomical spring. Look for signs of spring on our trails. Program may be subject to change or cancellation if conditions require. **Seasonal nature walks for all ages are offered throughout the year. Fall foliage walks, winter excursions by snowshoe, March maple-sugaring demonstrations and early morning bird walks provide year-round entertainment as well as first-rate learning experiences. During the summer months, evening nature walks provide an opportunity to learn about nocturnal creatures.
