Run the northeast corner of Connecticut in a fun 5K! Start and finish in picturesque downtown Putnam and take on the rolling course along the Putnam River Trail with scenic views of the Quinebaug River. The post-race party tops off the Irish celebration at Courthouse Bar & Grille. Costumes definitely encouraged!
Swag includes an Irish themed knit beanie. After the finish, enjoy a hot corned beef sandwich on a pretzel bun from the Courthouse Bar & Grille. Participants 21+ (with ID) also receive an ice cold craft beer.
Lucky Challenge – Participate in all four O’races and earn the big bling! Check out the options for virtual/in-person combos to achieve the Lucky Challenge goal. Start with O’Shenanigans, then take on the Courthouse O’Putnam, O’Niantic and either the O’Hartford 5K or 10K.
NEW! Li’l Lucky – Love the idea of a challenge but can’t swing two weekends of 5Ks in a row? Join the new Li’l Lucky back-to-back 5K challenge by signing up for the O’Shenanigans 5K on Saturday, March 9 and the Courthouse O’Putnam. All Li’l Lucky participants will earn a finisher medal.
HMF FitKids: Bring the little leprechauns for the FitKids Run, a ¼ or ½ mile race for kids ages 2-11.
Give Back: Please help give back to the community that has opened their streets for race participants. Donate nonperishable food in the HMF Can tent at the post race party area, near Courthouse Bar & Grille, to support Interfaith Human Services of Putnam Daily Bread Food Pantry. HMF Can is supported by Stop & Shop.
