PEERS (Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills) is a 12-week evidence-based social skills program for teens. Developed by Dr. Elizabeth Laugeson at UCLA, it is offered in a neuroaffirming, strengths-based way that respects how each teen connects.
Research shows that neurodivergent teens, including those who are autistic or have ADHD, as well as teens who experience anxiety or social challenges, make meaningful progress through PEERS.
