Imagine Nation, A Museum Early Learning Center located at One Pleasant Street in Bristol, will have something new and exciting happening every day during the week of February school vacation from 9:30am-5:00pm. Don’t climb the walls come have fun with us!
Monday, February 16th from 9:30-5pm, learn what it takes to be president of the United States and make a craft honoring Abe Lincoln or George Washington in celebration of President’s Day. What would YOU do if you were president? Take a picture with an image of President Washington and President Obama.
On Tuesday, February 17 th from 10-4pm, have fun designing and constructing exciting hands-on projects with G.E. volunteers as you bring your imagination to life for National Engineers Day! Learn about the different types of engineering as you visit different activity stations throughout the museum. Museum is open from 9:30-5pm.
On Wednesday, February 18th from 9:30-5pm, celebrate Water Wednesday. Learn about sinking, floating and absorption. Build a boat in our art studio and enjoy playing in our water studio.
On Thursday, February 19th from 9:30-5pm, join us for Thinking Thursday. We will learn all about the brain and play classic BRAIN games including memory, Simon says, and tongue twisters.
On Friday, February 20 th from 9:30-5pm, celebrate Fruity Friday. See and taste fruit in its dried form. Investigate the seedy insides of fruit and create a cluster of grapes to add to our grape vine.
