Come learn about the production of pure Connecticut Maple Syrup with Wilkinson Farm from Columbia, CT. We will discuss the history of maple syrup in CT and New England as well as current production. Learn how to make your own syrup in your backyard and sample some delicious maple products. Families are encouraged to attend! All ages. Free.
