Old Wethersfield 5K & 10K

Run the single-loop 5K or double-loop 10K through historic, quaint streets with a finish in scenic Wethersfield Cove on an unpaved trail along the water. This end of summer running tradition also welcomes walkers in the 5K.

There is also a HMF FitKids Run starting at 10:00 a.m.
Each race participant will earn a short sleeve technical shirt. After the race, enjoy grab and go snacks and fresh fruit in the cove.
Be a part of the race tradition and donate nonperishable food to benefit Connecticut Foodshare, which supports individuals and families across the state by addressing root causes, creating long-term solutions, and distributing nutritious food through local partner programs to alleviate hunger. The HMF Can drive is supported by Stop & Shop.
