PopsNJazz

PopsNJazz is a theatrically staged jazz show that features dancing and singing and includes a lot of musical theater and pop selections at Hall High School in West Hartford. Usually the performances are in the evenings, but this year they are planning a 50 minute family friendly Sunday matinee. A theatrically staged jazz show featuring 100 musicians and dancers from Hall High School. Featured ensembles include: Concert Jazz Band, Jazz Band, Jazz Dancers, Choraliers, and members of I Giovani Solisti. Rotating guest ensembles to include jazz choirs from King Philip Middle School, and jazz bands from King Philip Middle School, Bristow Middle School, Norfeldt Elementary School plus the Hall Junior Artists from Aiken, Bugbee, Morley, Smith, Charter Oak and Whiting Lane Elementary Schools! A West Hartford tradition since 1958, come experience the American Songbook, Broadway, and Rock/Pop favorites like you've never seen them before! New this year, Pops N Jazz will present an abridged, family-friendly, Sunday matinee on Sunday, March 13 at 2pm. This performance will be about 50 minutes long, and will feature a small sampling of what will be presented at our evening performances. Tickets to this performance are $10
