Science Workshop: Robotics

Enhance your next trip to the Connecticut Science Center with a LIVE hands-on STEM Workshop experience! Join our talented team of STEM educators for a 90-minute hands-on activity with all of the materials included. The themes and activities are always changing so keep checking back for new ones. Our Workshops are designed for children ages 7-12, parents can either drop off their children or stay and play. In addition to your Workshop registration, you must also have a General Admission ticket or Membership for the date of your Workshop in order to participate.

THIS WORKSHOP: Robotics
Explore the fascinating world of robotics and learn how to code using drag-and-drop coding. Try your hand at programming on real hardware to learn what it takes to make incredible electronic devices using a Circuit Playground, some additional supplies, and your imagination!
- Two sessions are available: 11AM and 1:30PM
- 90-minute Workshop – Supplies are included for the activity (not to keep)
- Recommended for children ages 7-12
- Science Center General Admission ticket or Membership is also required to participate (sold separately)
- Parents can drop off or stay and participate
- Only registered children will be allowed in the Workshop room
