Hartford Area Seventh-day Adventist School
The Hartford Area SDA School was founded in 1982 with one principal/teacher and nine students. Today, the school houses nearly 100 students in a spacious new facility in Hartford's north end.
Situated in an urban area, the school attracts students from various backgrounds and cultures. Encouraging students to develop tolerance and appreciation for different perspectives is an educational goal, which HASDAS meets through its very composition.
The staff and students work together to provide an atmostphere of acceptance and understanding. On a day to day basis all are treated with Christian love and respect. In addition to the overall atmosphere, specific programs are designed to encourage involvement and development of students academically, physically and spritually.
Our school is part of the world-wide Seventh-day Aventist school network with staff committed to providing quality education in a Christ-filled environment. Click on the Adventist Education link for more information.
