Maple Syrup From Tree to Bottle

Join us on Sunday, Feb. 27th, March 19th, and March 20th at 2pm-3:30pm for an authentic Auer farm experience on how sap liquid thickens into syrup.
We will visit the Sugar House, learn the structure of Maple Trees and how to tap a tree, practice with tools, and taste pure harvsted maple syrup.
Cost is $10/pp and children under 2 are free.
Save the date for Saturday, March 5th for our annual Maple Pancake Breakfast at Auerfarm!
Seatings will be at 9:00am and 11:00am.
Enjoy breakfast before touring the syrup making process from tapping the trees to the sugarhouse. An outdoor hot cocoa bar will warm you during the sugaring tour and sledding if the weather permits will also be available. Cost: $20/adults, $10/kids, and Free for children under 4.
