CRE is in business to provide the general public access to the lower CT River and to educate all passengers on the ecology and beauty of the lower Connecticut River while cruising aboard CRE's vessel, RiverQuest. As you cruise the beautiful river, captain and crew point out areas of interest including the Goodspeed Opera House, East Haddam swing bridge, Gillette's Castle, Chester/Hadlyme Ferry and the flora and fauna.
