TMSC Presents ~ June Skygazing!

We'll await the stars inside the 44ft dome of Talcott's Captain Alan M. Bean Planetarium; we'll learn about the summer solstice and the night sky-- including the stories behind the stars and the constellations that humans have created by virtually connecting these points of light -- drawing pictures in the sky.
Make it your mission to visit Talcott Mountain Science Centerand get your wheels spinning. With a campus build upon an old Nike Missile site -- tucked away high atop Talcott Mountain -- we'll use a wide array of telescopes to look for stars, planets, and other celestial gems!
Because seating is limited and events fill up quickly, we recommend making your reservations early!
**Please arrive on time. Late arrivals will not be allowed to enter the planetarium after the presentation begins at 8:00 pm; they will, however, be able to participate in outdoor viewing with the group when the planetarium portion of the program concludes.
