Windsor Locks Arts enhances the quality of life of all citizens and builds community by supporting individual creativity, cultural preservation, economic development and lifelong learning through the advancement of the arts.
The Windsor Locks Arts Council is a town commission appointed by the Board of Selectmen. We hold regular public meetings to conduct business related to our mission, goals and operations.
Our members bring an array of knowledge and abilities related to the arts. All are volunteers serving the community.
